For Ages 4-14
Children/Teenagers will learn the techniques of sketching and painting with
different mediums, and take home beautiful works of art completed with their
own personal touch. Class size is limited for individual attention.

Sundays (5.15-6.15pm)

Fee: $20 per class
(10 classes a term)

For Ages 15 and above (10 classes of 2 hours each)
Learn How to make a Tanjore painting of your choice from scratch.
Take home a beautiful piece of art customised with your own unique touch.
Class size is limited for individual attention.

Tanjore art is a classical South Indian painting style, that originated from the town of Thanjavur.
It derived its resources and inspiration way back from 1600 AD. These panel paintings are characterised by rich and vivid colors, simple iconic composition, and glittering gold foil overlaid on delicate gesso work and semi-precious gems.

All stages covered:
Board preparation
Sketching
Embossing
Gold anointing
Painting
