Description

‘Vasudev‘ is a community of Krishna worshippers found mainly in Maharashtra. They wander through villages and towns singing bhakti songs, and surviving on alms given by the people.

This is dying tradition in the fast changing world, so Manjiri More wished to retain this beautiful memory of our childhood growing up with Vasudeo’s stories and songs in her oil painting.
